Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Lube Advisor to join our service team. As a Lube Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle maintenance needs.
- Recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Provide clear and accurate cost estimates for lube and basic maintenance services.
- Communicate customer concerns and service requests to technicians.
- Ensure a smooth flow of vehicles through the lube bay.
- Monitor service progress and update customers on timelines.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and services (e.g., oil changes, fluid checks).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
