About the Position
We are hiring dependable, hardworking cleaning technicians to join our growing cleaning company. This position includes residential cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, deep cleaning, and property reset work.
This is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail, common sense, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Vacation rental cleaning can be time-sensitive, and every home must be guest-ready, clean, stocked, and presented to a high standard.
Experience is preferred, but not required. We offer paid training for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Clean homes, vacation rentals, and other assigned properties to company standards
- Complete same-day turnovers within required timeframes
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and outdoor areas as needed
- Restock supplies and report when items are low
- Identify damages, maintenance issues, missing items, or unusual guest messes
- Communicate clearly with management, guests, clients, and team members when needed
- Problem-solve during jobs and make sound decisions when working under pressure
- Follow checklists and property-specific instructions
- Maintain professionalism while working in guests’ and clients’ homes
- Work independently or as part of a team
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing and able to travel between job sites

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience
- Vacation rental or hotel housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Training
