Job Impulse is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Auburn Hills office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing business, and leading a small team.
You'll spend a good portion of your time developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and supporting your recruiting team. If you're comfortable working toward sales goals, enjoy networking, and like seeing the direct results of your efforts, this could be a great fit.
Staffing experience is preferred because it helps you get up to speed quickly, but we're also open to someone with a strong background in B2B sales, leadership, and a willingness to learn the staffing industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client visits.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Lead, coach, and support a small team of recruiters.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure customer positions are filled quickly with qualified talent.
- Monitor branch performance, sales activity, recruiting metrics, and revenue goals.
- Conduct client visits, business reviews, and workforce planning meetings.
- Represent Job Impulse within the local business community.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Leadership experience managing a team in a sales, recruiting, staffing, or customer-focused environment.
- Previous staffing industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for client meetings.
