Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation using equipment such as blenders, shakers, and tea brewers
- Cook and assemble <PERSON> dishes according to established recipes and food safety standards
- Manage food and beverage orders efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food handling and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Manage time effectively to handle high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or food service environment
- Prior experience in the food industry or retail setting is a plus
