As our EHS Systems & Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting EHS and Industrial Health programs throughout North America. This position serves as a key partner to site leadership, HR, external vendors, and EHS professionals by helping manage compliance programs, training systems, regulatory reporting, occupational health initiatives, and EHS data management.
Your work will help ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen safety performance, maintain critical health and environmental programs, and support our commitment to achieving zero injuries, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and support Environmental, Health & Safety programs, policies, and procedures across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Maintain EHS systems, reporting platforms, SharePoint sites, compliance documentation, and PPE tracking processes.
- Support regulatory compliance activities involving OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable requirements.
- Assist with audits, inspections, documentation management, and regulatory reporting efforts.
- Coordinate EHS training programs, maintain training records, and support onboarding and compliance training initiatives.
- Manage occupational health and industrial hygiene programs, including medical surveillance activities, vendor coordination, and confidential recordkeeping.
- Support DOT driver qualification and compliance programs across the business.
- Track compliance requirements, maintain data integrity, and provide reporting that supports informed business decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting EHS programs, safety, compliance, or related functions.
- 1+ years of experience supporting occupational health, medical surveillance, or related programs.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience working with EHS management systems, LMS platforms, and compliance reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% to support multiple locations.
- Home location must be a current ICPG plant location. When not traveling, the expectation is to be onsite at home location.
