We are currently hiring an Experienced Maintenance Manager for an established affordable housing community in North Sacramento - Northland Village Apartments.
We are looking for applicants with the following skills:
- Apartment Maintenance Repair Experience
- Experience Turning Vacant Units
- Appliance Repair Experience
- HVAC Repair Experience
- Plumbing and Electrical repair experience
- Knowledge of Building Systems
- Ability to Work as a Team and Meet Deadlines
- Ability to Follow Company Policies and Procedures
- Ability to Communicate Problems and Offer Solutions
- Ability to set priorities and complete assigned tasks
- Experience with 3rd party Agency Inspections: TAX CREDIT, REAC, SHRA, etc.
Daily Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Completing Work Orders Efficiently
- Maintaining the Property Curb Appeal daily
- Turning Vacant Units per procedure
- Appliance, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Repairs
- Drywall & Painting Repairs
- Conducting Unit Inspections
- Working as a Team
- Preparing for Inspections
- Offering Excellent Customer Service
- Following all company policies & procedures, fair housing laws, etc.
- Ability to respond to After-Hours maintenance emergencies
- Picking Up Trash around the property, cleaning out trash enclosures and chutes
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Compensation Details:
- Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hourly Pay Rate = $27 - $28 per hour, based on Supervisory experience
