What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with local and regional businesses
- Consult with clients to understand their marketing goals
- Create customized advertising campaigns across radio, digital, billboard, and print platforms
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow an existing client base
- Attend community events and promotional activities
- Become a trusted marketing partner for area businesses
What We're Looking For
Required
✅ Strong desire to build a career in sales
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to travel throughout the market for client meetings and events
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
Preferred
⭐ 2+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
⭐ Experience working directly with customers or business owners
⭐ Interest in advertising, marketing, media, or digital solutions
