You chose pelvic health because of what it does for people. The trust a patient hands you in the first ten minutes. The conversation nobody else was willing to have with her. The moment she realizes she is going to get her life back.
You want to practice at that level every day, with the time and the support to do it right.
That is the job.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
A full hour with every patient. One on one. No double booking. No quota to rush through.
Six to eight patients a day. That is the whole schedule.
The people you will treat are motivated and ready to do the work. Postpartum moms getting back to lifting and running. Women dealing with leakage during workouts they refuse to give up. Patients navigating pelvic pain or prolapse who have been told to wait it out and want a real plan instead.
Documentation is minimal and you are paid for the time you spend on it. We do not bill insurance, so there are no authorizations, no visit limits, and nobody outside the treatment room deciding what your patient gets.
You Will Not Be Building a Caseload Alone
Pelvic health has been part of what we do since 2021 and it is a priority for us, not a side offering.
You have a front desk staff that fills schedules, referral partners who already send us pelvic patients, and a marketing engine behind you. Most clinicians who take a pelvic role somewhere new spend a year hoping the referrals show up. You will have the clinic working to fill your schedule from day one so you can spend your energy on treating.
Who This Role Is Built For
This is for the clinician who:
- Chose pelvic health because of the depth and the impact of the work
- Wants the time and space to build real trust with every patient
- Wants weekly mentorship and expects to be a better clinician a year from now
- Wants to join a team that treats pelvic health as a priority
- Wants autonomy to develop a clinical approach and put a personal stamp on the program
- Likes collaboration, honest feedback, and being coached
- Gets excited about building a pelvic health program inside a clinic that already has a strong reputation in the active community
Bonus if you have interest or experience in orthopedic and sports rehab. Our population is highly active and there is real room to blend pelvic health with performance if that is where your curiosity goes.
Who This Is Probably Not the Right Fit For
- You are looking for somewhere to coast
- You are resistant to feedback or uncomfortable being coached
- You are not excited about growing professionally
- You are uncomfortable having honest conversations with patients about their plan of care
We hire thoughtfully and we protect our culture.
What We Invest in You
- One on one mentorship and clinical development, regardless of your experience level
- Outside pelvic-specific mentorship from a coach who works with our pelvic clinicians directly
- A collaborative group of clinicians who genuinely like working together
- Flexible scheduling including a 4-day workweek option
- The freedom to build your pelvic niche inside a growing practice
Growth Path
This role has room to grow into pelvic program development, community education, mentorship of future clinicians, and clinical leadership. If you want to build something and put your name on it, the opportunity is here.
The Culture
We hold high standards and we take care of each other. The team is supportive and driven. The patients are grateful and motivated. Athleisure dress code. You will actually look forward to your workday.
