Leasing Associate
Keyfinders Realty is family-owned and operated. We have been in the Baton Rouge area for over 40 years. We are seeking a high energy individual to join our team. This position will require a self-motivated person who is able to drive throughout the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas showing property. Must have the ability to speak fluent English at a professional level.

Responsibilities
- Showing property in the greater Baton Rouge area
- May include weekend or evening showings to accommodate our clients
- Perform pre-move-in inspections and post occupancy inspection.
- Onboard leads into our system and followup with them
- Process rental applications
- Convert approved applicants to tenants in our system
- Generate new leases and renewal leases
- Onboard new properties and owners in person and into our system
- Place signs and lockboxes at newly listed rentals
- Communicate with incoming rental leads and enter those into our system
- Gather documents for evictions
- Represent us in court as needed
- Perform inspections on properties throughout the greater Baton Rouge area
- Crosstrain on various leasing department tasks to become a backup and grow professionally
- Any other associated tasks necessary for the position and the growth of the company

- Must have customer service experience in an office setting
- Must present oneself in a professional, modest, kind, and confident manner

Compensation – Base salary dependent upon experience; annual bonus based on performance and company growth; mileage reimbursement for business miles, not commute miles
This is a regular employee position (W2).

Pay: $34,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
