Job Description
You'll join Westrock Coffee's transformation team as a Project Manager driving high-priority initiatives from design through execution. Assignments will shift as business priorities evolve-this is a role for someone who can walk into a new domain, get up to speed fast, and own delivery without needing the scope defined for them in advance. This isn't a coordination role-you're expected to drive outcomes, not just track them.
Job Duties:
Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives
- - scope, plan, execute, and close, with the specific program area determined by current business priority
Build and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and RAID logs - - and actively work them, not just maintain them
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (varies by assignment - - may include Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Commercial) to keep work moving and decisions made
Run working sessions - - set the agenda, facilitate the conversation, capture decisions, publish follow-ups
- Produce clear, concise status updates for leadership; flag risks before they become problems
- Validate outcomes and assumptions with stakeholders before they're reported as results
- Escalate blockers before they stall progress, not after
- Move between initiatives as priorities shift, ramping quickly on new domains with minimal onboarding overhead
