We are seeking a high-performing Part-Time Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team at a successful new car import franchise dealership in the Nashville, Tennessee market.
The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, highly organized, and driven to maximize both dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the sales team and lending partners to deliver a seamless purchase experience while maintaining strict compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Present Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs), GAP, maintenance plans, appearance protection, tire & wheel coverage, key replacement, and other ancillary products to customers in a professional and consultative manner.
- Structure, finalize, and fund vehicle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Partner with Sales Managers and customers to secure competitive financing and leasing solutions.
- Ensure all deal documentation complies with dealership policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain lender relationships and submit deals in a timely manner.
- Monitor receivables and funding schedules to ensure prompt contract funding.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction (CSI) through transparent and ethical business practices.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership F&I experience required.
- Previous automotive sales management experience is a plus.
- Experience with Darwin Menu and Dealertrack highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs), ancillary product sales, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
