Ground-Floor Opportunity: We're a rapidly growing company hiring 10–15 additional sales representatives over the next 90 days. The leaders of tomorrow are being hired today.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners in the field to identify roofing needs and generate qualified opportunities for our closing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and potential storm, age, or weather-related damage
- Prospecting in residential neighborhoods and generating new roofing opportunities
- Scheduling qualified appointments and coordinating with our closing team
- Educating homeowners on the inspection and restoration process
- Participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
- Consistently developing your sales skills through mentorship and personal development
COMPENSATION & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Phoenix Exteriors offers competitive compensation that includes performance-based earning opportunities and incentives.
Team members who consistently demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and leadership qualities may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the organization.
- First-year earning potential: approximately $100,000–$120,000
