We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our property management team and oversee the daily operations of commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple property managers and property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi to track financials, tenant data, and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Lead and develop a team of property staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent customer service.
- Handle conflict management situations with tenants or vendors professionally and diplomatically.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage expenses to meet financial targets while optimizing property performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of lease management and landlord-tenant law.
- Proficiency in property management software including Yardi
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting, data entry, filing, and facilities management.
- Office experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
