Senior Account Executive
Location: Home office within a few hours of Nashville, TN production facility
Salary: $120K - $150K base salary based on experience and existing book of business + tiered commission, no cap - unlimited earning potential.

Custom Label is expanding operations with redundant production facilities near Nashville, Tennessee. We are looking for an experienced high-energy, entrepreneurial prime label and packaging Senior Sales Executive to help us grow our regional market share. If you love the thrill of hunting new business, solving problems for clients, and being backed by a strong operations and production team, this is your chance to help shape a regional powerhouse.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify, win, and develop new customer accounts
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships built on trust, service, and follow-through
- Partner closely with our operations, estimating, and production teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimized execution to deliver an outstanding CX
- Help shape go-to-market strategy and provide input on new product offerings
- Collaborate with leadership on integrated marketing and lead-generation initiatives
- Manage all aspects of client relationships post-sale, including follow-up and issue resolution
- Use your knowledge to solve packaging and label challenges creatively
- Bring hustle, grit, and professionalism to a team that loves to win and deliver
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST have 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in pressure-sensitive labels and packaging, ideally with a strong and diverse existing book of business
- Experience with adjacent products; folding cartons, flexible packaging, shrink, roll stock is highly valued
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Technically curious, able to understand and explain complex print processes
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and energized by growth opportunities
- Well-organized, reliable, with excellent time-management skills and detail-oriented
- Proficient in CRM systems and prospecting tools such as Hubspot and ZoomInfo
