Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide courteous, discreet, and personalized service to clients during their travels
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical readiness of assigned vehicles through regular inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures while accommodating client preferences and schedules
- Assist clients with boarding, alighting, luggage handling, and other hospitality needs to enhance their experience
- Conduct routine safety checks and report any vehicle issues promptly to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain detailed logs of trips, mileage and vehicle condition for record-keeping purposes
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, limousine service or similar roles with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of driving regulations across various vehicle types
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally and discreetly
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness.
- Experience in transportation services that require punctuality and reliability
- Familiarity with hospitality principles to provide a welcoming and polished experience for clients - provide a quiet, comfortable environment tailored to the client’s preferences.
- Ability to reliably navigate using commercial GPS apps, use flight-tracking software for airport pickups, and operate corporate dispatch mobile apps seamlessly.
- Can use expert knowledge of MetroWest shortcuts and Boston traffic patterns to ensure on-time arrivals at Logan Airport (BOS) and at regional private hangars.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year
