We're a growing resort — RV sites, glamping, cabins, tent sites — and we're offering the right couple full operational leadership, FHU included, and a real stake in what this place becomes.
General Manager
You'll run the operation: staffing (hiring and firing), housekeeping and front desk oversight, marketing, guest events, and the daily calls that keep a resort running well. $55,000 base, plus a performance bonus tied to occupancy and NOI growth — so when the resort grows, you grow with it. Management or hospitality experience required.
Head of Maintenance
Property repairs, light construction, grounds keeping, and RV system maintenance. Paid hourly — your first 25 hours a month are credited toward your site fee, and additional hours (30–40/week) are paid on top. Hands-on trade skills wanted.
What's included: a full hookup site (water, electric, sewer) — no site fees.
