Previous automotive internet sales, BDC, customer service, call center, or sales experience required.
Position Overview
As an Internet Salesperson, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales leads, engaging customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and chat, and converting inquiries into showroom appointments and vehicle sales. You will serve as the first point of contact for many customers and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to internet, phone, chat, and text inquiries
· Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs
· Convert inbound leads into confirmed showroom appointments
· Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects
· Utilize CRM tools to track customer communication and opportunities
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience
· Meet and exceed appointment-setting, show rate, and sales goals
· Follow dealership processes and best practices for lead management
· Stay knowledgeable on Hyundai vehicles, incentives, and inventory availability
