Required experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 to 5 years of experience managing technical projects in the robotics, automotive, or autonomous vehicle sectors.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of complex hardware-software systems.
Strong understanding of autonomous systems, robotics, and vehicle integration.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Bonus experience
Experience in management of production software releases in a customer-fronting role.
Strong proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, and the Atlassian suite of tools.
Extensive experience with Git, Linux, and Docker environments.
Familiarity with robotics middleware such as ROS/ROS2
Proficiency in programming languages like C++ and Python, and good OOP coding practice in a Linux environment
Experience with logistics or supply chain technologies.
