Smoking Attendant - Consistent Schedule / Every Other Weekend
We’re looking for reliable, friendly staff to join our team as a Smoking Attendant. This is a simple but important role that helps keep our residents safe while they enjoy their scheduled smoking breaks.
If you’re someone who likes a predictable schedule, being up and moving throughout your shift, and interacting with people in a calm, respectful way, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise residents during scheduled smoking breaks
- Ensure resident safety at all times
- Distribute smoking materials as needed
- Keep the smoking area clean and organized
- Document and communicate any concerns or incidents to nursing staff
Schedule (set and consistent):
All positions include a rotating every-other-weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
Evening Shift (Opposite Weekends)
- Monday: 2:00pm–7:30pm
- Tuesday: 2:00pm–7:30pm
- Friday: 2:00pm–7:30pm
- Every other Saturday & Sunday (opposite rotation): 2:00pm–7:30pm
Hours:
- Week one: 15 hours
- Week two: 25 hours
Evening Shift (Midweek + Opposite Weekends)
- Wednesday: 2:00pm–7:30pm
- Thursday: 2:00pm–7:30pm
- Every other Saturday & Sunday (opposite rotation): 2:00pm–7:30pm
Hours:
- Week one: 11 hours
- Week two: 22 hours
Pay: $18.00 - $22.22 per hour
