Fast Growing Residential Roofing Company seeking Regional Leads Manager for fast growing Roofing Company to assist Owner in strategic growth via generating quality leads.
Company has 3 major markets ( Atlanta - Tampa - Daytona) and plans on opening another market Q-4, 2026
Responsibilities include supervising all inbound leads for all markets and conversion of leads to appointments.
Company is utilizing multiple lead sources via Google, Meta, etc.
2025 Revenues: $6Mil growing to 10+Mil 2026
Generous Bonus based upon growth of the Company!
Our Residential Divisions:
1. Insurance Replacement Roofing.
2. Retail Roof Replacement
Duties:
- ROI on Investment Leads
- Managing all Investment Inbound Leads
- Achieving Targeted ROI Benchmarks:
Example: 20% Conversion of Lead to Appointment Run
- Proactive advisor to President
