Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled, honest, and hardworking Massage Therapist who is passionate about healing and eager to deepen their knowledge in Ayurvedic medicine. This role offers hands-on experience in therapeutic massage while providing access to Ayurvedic training and mentorship. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative, nurturing space where learning and wellness go hand in hand.
Please note: Evening shifts (ending at 7 PM) and weekend availability are required. We are looking for someone committed to long-term growth with our team.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct detailed client assessments to understand physical, emotional, and energetic needs
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy including deep tissue, trigger point, and Ayurvedic-therapies
- Create personalized treatment plans that integrate holistic and Ayurvedic principles
- Educate clients on self-care, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, and pain management strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records using appropriate medical terminology
- Ensure a serene, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all clients
- Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners and wellness professionals to support integrative care
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Valid state license or certification in massage therapy
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Interest or experience in Ayurveda, holistic health, or Eastern medicine (training provided)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a heart-centered approach to care
- Ability to adapt techniques to meet diverse client needs
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Must be available for evening shifts and weekends
