Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our community, and support our business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, content creation, and social media management tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence across multiple platforms and contribute to the company’s overall marketing success.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Analyze media performance metrics through Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to maintain positive brand reputation and manage relationship building with influencers or partners.
- Conduct keyword research for content optimization to improve organic reach through SEO strategies.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and branding consistency before publication.
- Track digital marketing performance using marketing analytics tools to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing environment 1 yr minimum.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and web analytics including Google Analytics.
- Skilled in content writing, graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofing.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and online marketing analytics.
- Ability to monitor digital marketing performance metrics effectively.
- Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with audiences and partners.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
