Camera Car Driver / Repossession Spotter Agent — Commission-Based
Earning Potential: $500–$1,700+ per week
We are a growing repossession company looking for a hungry, competitive Camera Car Driver / Spotter Agent who wants to get in on the ground floor and help us build something.

What You'll Do
You'll drive one of our camera cars equipped with license plate recognition (LPR) technology, covering assigned areas and helping locate vehicles for repossession.
This is primarily a driving and spotting position. You'll spend significant time on the road, use technology throughout your shift, communicate with our recovery team, and help turn information into successful recoveries.
You'll be expected to:
- Drive assigned routes while operating LPR equipment
- Identify and help locate vehicles assigned for repossession
- Communicate quickly and clearly with our recovery agents
- Use mobile apps, mapping software, and other technology
- Pay close attention to your surroundings
- Drive safely and professionally
- Learn which areas and strategies produce results
- Take ownership of your performance instead of waiting to be told what to do
Schedule
This is a split-shift position approximately 5½ days per week.
The schedule has some flexibility, but the nature of the business requires availability during both morning hours and later evening/night hours, when our camera cars are most productive.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job.
If you enjoy being out on the road, working independently, and having flexibility between shifts, the schedule can be a great fit.
Compensation
This is a performance/commission-based position.
Typical earning opportunity is approximately:
$800–$1,700+ per week
Our strongest drivers have been known to earn $2,000+ in a week.
There is real upside here—but there is also accountability.
Someone who learns the territory, works intelligently, stays consistent, and aggressively pursues results can make very good money.
Someone who doesn't apply themselves, cuts their shifts short, or simply drives around waiting for something to happen will make considerably less.
Your performance matters here, and your compensation reflects it.
