The Renaissance is seeks a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Maintenance Technician. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous experience and can offer extraordinary service to our residents and team. Qualifications include prompt and consistent attendance, unit turns, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, maintaining curb appeal and be willing to be on call alternating weekends. HVAC Certification a plus. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and must pass criminal , credit and drug screening. * Repair minor items in areas of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
* Perform custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc. in common areas.
*Assist in grounds work when necessary in order to maintain curb appeal.
*Participate in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
* Maintain ALL sidewalks and steps to be free of snow and ice in winter months.
* Able to work in ALL temperatures and weather conditions Able to lift 50lbs alone, 100lbs with assistance.
*Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
* Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
