We’re looking for a Vendor Compliance Specialist to own vendor performance for Purchasing Power’s dropship program. This role builds and maintains proactive vendor partnerships, ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and drives corrective actions to support a seamless customer experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors
Verify order processing aligns with SLAs
Review reports to identify compliance gaps
Analyze vendor performance data
Partner with teams to improve performance
Support corrective action plans
Conduct vendor audits
Prepare performance reporting
Escalate issues as needed
Maintain compliance records
Support vendor onboarding
Update SOPs and guidelines
Identify process improvements
WHAT YOU BRING:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years relevant experience
Ecommerce or dropship experience preferred
Familiarity with vendor tools/platforms
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally
Detail-oriented and organized
