Our customer is a well-traveled and informed woman who depends on CK Collection to offer the most current fashion styles, trends and designers each season. Only the best lines and the newest styles make it to CK Collection.
Job Summary
CK Collection is seeking an exceptionally self-motivated individual to fill a high energy and professional Cosmetic Sales Associate position. We are looking for an individual, who has excellent interpersonal skills, as well as profound verbal communication skills. Experience with luxury cosmetic lines is REQUIRED. This individual must have the ability to build strong client relationships, and be able to take initiative to increase individual productivity through inter-selling. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. We carry a variety of cosmetic lines which include Trish McEvoy, Estee Lauder, Victoria Beckham, Westman Atelier, Natura Bisse, & Bond #9.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet all guests and offers friendly, prompt and courteous service.
- Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding individual sales and productivity goals.
- Responsible for presenting an image at all times that reflects the knowledge of the cosmetic lines sold at CK Collection.
- Routinely does makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
- Book appointments for scheduled special events.
- Ensure that all testers are continuously in stock and maintained in compliance with the hygiene standards.
- Ensure makeover stations adhere to company standards at all times.
- Maintain company visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cosmetics area.
Hourly rate depends upon experience. Store hours are 10:00am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must be available to travel for training.
