Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing their needs promptly
- Set up and break down banquet or catering events, ensuring all items are organized and ready for service
- Follow strict food handling and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment and prevent contamination
- Support dietary accommodations by understanding specific dietary needs and assisting with special meal requests
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout shifts to uphold health standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Background in banquet service or hospitality enhances your suitability for this role
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus
