About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Operations Manager to help keep our technology running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, support our infrastructure, manage cloud and server environments, and help ensure our employees have the tools and access they need to do their best work. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, VMware, network monitoring tools, and cybersecurity systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our IT Operations Manager, you’ll help manage and improve the systems that support our business every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily IT operations to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and performing well.
- Managing Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licenses, security groups, and access permissions.
- Administering Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policies, and user account management.
- Monitoring infrastructure using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and ServiceNow to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Managing VMware vSphere and Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, updates, and resource optimization.
- Supporting incident management by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, cloud, and access-related issues.
- Deploying and maintaining IIS web servers, SSL certificates, system updates, and security patches.
- Helping implement cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
- Working with internal teams and external vendors to keep IT services running smoothly.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, operating procedures, disaster recovery plans, and asset inventories.
- Supporting employee onboarding by setting up accounts, devices, access, and user environments.
- Reviewing infrastructure performance and recommending improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and business continuity.
- Helping ensure IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements are followed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a wide range of IT responsibilities.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, system administration, network operations, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
- Experience managing Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and VMware vSphere.
- A solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSL, VPNs, OSPF, IPSec, and routing.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $69,825.15 per year
