Job Summary:
We are seeking a mature experienced Cook to join our team. As a line cook, you will be at the heart of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our standards of taste and quality in the preparation of Snapka's signature delicious dishes, ensuring excellent quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Reading orders correctly and customizing orders to meet the customers specific preferences
- prepare and cook menu items according to out original recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
-Take accountability for your role in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is up to our high standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a kitchen or food industry
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to use kitchen tools, including knives and various cooking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evening, weekends and holidays as needed
