Job Summary
The CRISP Reporting Services (CRS) Project Manager runs and implements complex and technically focused reporting projects for CRS within the CRISP MD team. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed within stated time parameters, meets all program milestone requirements, and is implemented to the satisfaction of the customer and leadership. The Project Manager will work with customers, reporting vendors, internal and external IT resources, and others directly to create and optimize new reporting tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple reporting and analytics projects, including initiatives that support state programs, policies, and regulatory reporting requirements

Work with stakeholders to define project scope and to gather and document requirements, and oversee implementation, testing and validation, and production deployment of reports

Track project status using defined metrics and KPIs to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with objectives. Coordinate the preparation, validation, and delivery of reports and other outputs to meet CRISP and state program needs

Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and issues with projects and keep stakeholders informed through clear and timely updates

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations

Work with technical teams to monitor and support data pipelines that feed the CRS Portal, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and available for reporting needs

Develop and share project and report communication plans and supporting documentation that deliver clear and consistent information to stakeholders and CRS users

Experience and/or Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree, preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

2 – 4 years of project management experience

Familiarity with the public health or healthcare sector, preferred

Familiarity with clinical and claims-based healthcare data
Compensation and Benefits Package
-
Targeted base salary: $85k - $100k per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and bonuses.

Benefits include the following but are not limited to health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. CSS also has a 403(b) plan with discretionary employer match and contributions. You will be eligible for 20 days of Paid Time Off per year (accrued in accordance with CSS' policies). PTO is in addition to 8 company designated holidays. If you are not PTO eligible, you may be eligible for applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave in accordance with the provisions of any applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave laws.
