Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, including corporate, operational, professional, technical, and leadership roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.

Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's culture, values, and employment opportunities.

Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.

Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation.

Ensure recruiting activities comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with demonstrated success recruiting for multiple job functions and levels.

Proven experience proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and advanced sourcing tools.

Demonstrated ability to recruit passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to influence and build credibility with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
Preferred Qualifications

Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience supporting a multi-site or nationwide workforce.

Experience recruiting for positions located throughout the nation.

Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and OFCCP requirements.
