As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will work directly with customers to explain AT&T products and services, assist with enrollments, answer questions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Agent:
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face environment to present and explain AT&T products and services, answer questions, and support informed purchasing decisions that drive positive sales outcomes.
- Assist customers with enrollments, upgrades, and account updates as an AT&T Sales Agent
- Provide product education to ensure a smooth and informed customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Support daily and weekly sales goals through customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance
- Represent Pantherforge Inc and AT&T professionally in all sales interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in building a career as an AT&T Sales Agent in sales
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on sales success
- Ability to commute within the North Carolina area and work flexible hours
Position Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.
- Pay: This is a commission based job. On average a minimum of 1-2 orders is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
- Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
