About the Role
Ongweoweh Corp is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You will play a key role in managing daily logistics, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, suppliers, and hauling partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, responsive, and positive customer service via phone and email
- Manage multiple communication channels including calls, emails, and spreadsheets
- Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and transportation partners
- Proactively identify and resolve issues through effective problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Support long-term customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service or related experience (preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (professional and personable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Solution based mindset with attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Set schedule with no weekends, nights, or major holidays
