Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, completing mise en place, and cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards.
The ideal candidate has strong cooking and knife skills, works efficiently under pressure, and pays close attention to detail, consistency, cleanliness, and presentation.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–Close (usually around 10:00 PM), including a required 30-minute meal break.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finely cut vegetables and herbs with consistent, uniform cuts.
- Prepare proteins, sauces, and other components according to prep lists and recipes.
- Cook and plate dishes accurately according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Maintain a fast and efficient pace without sacrificing quality, consistency, or cleanliness.
- Keep your station and kitchen areas organized, clean, and safe throughout the shift.
- Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients according to food safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and support other stations when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills, including the ability to finely and consistently chop herbs such as chives.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and organized.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to consistently work Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–Close.
- Valid Food Handler's Permit.
