What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and system performance checks

Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners

Recommend repair vs. replacement options with confidence

Maintain clean, accurate job documentation

Support and mentor newer technicians as needed

Communicate with leadership on parts, pricing, and field insights

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional evenings or weekends based on demand
What You Bring
-
2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
-
EPA Certification, strongly preferred
-
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
-
Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and system layouts

Ability to guide customers through repair decisions

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Solid communication and professionalism in the field

Willingness to grow into leadership or mentorship responsibilities
Solid Plus (Not Required)

NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)

HVAC school or formal training background

Experience with air balancing and sheet metal basics

Ability to operate lifts safely
