We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2-Year-Old Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on toddler development, including literacy education, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and early intervention strategies.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Plan engaging lessons that incorporate hands-on learning experiences tailored for 2-year-olds.
- Monitor each child's developmental progress through observation, documentation, and standardized assessments to support individualized learning plans.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a cohesive team environment focused on continuous improvement in early childhood education practices.
Qualifications
- Prefered experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting, specifically with toddlers aged 2 years old.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, and early intervention programs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
