Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a lively, engaging approach
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care
- Operate POS systems to process transactions quickly and accurately, we are cashless
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards in food preparation and serving areas
- Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Support sales efforts by upselling menu items and promoting daily specials to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Prior barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred
- Experience with POS systems like Square is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
