Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register, processing payments and managing cash transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to effectively upsell products.
- Assist with product demonstrations to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register operation and basic retail math skills.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
- Ability to upsell products and engage customers in conversation about menu items.
