We are looking for a unique hybrid champion: a Customer Service & Creative Specialist. Your primary focus will be interacting with our awesome community and solving problems. Your secondary focus will be bringing our brand to life through graphic design, short-form video editing, and social media management.
If you have a strong baseline of creative skills and a hunger to learn the inner workings of a multi-million dollar e-commerce business, we will give you the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience to advance your career and achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties: Customer Service & E-Commerce Fundamentals
- Provide friendly, top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers find the right products, troubleshoot orders, and solve problems with a positive attitude.
- Learn the ins and outs of e-commerce operations, including platforms like Amazon and backend website navigation.
Secondary Duties: Social Media, Graphic Design & Video Editing
- Video Production & Editing: Shoot, edit, and assemble engaging product videos, tutorials, and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Social Media Management: Build on our strong social media presence. Schedule posts, write engaging captions, and engage with our community across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
- Web & Print Design: Create optimized digital graphics for our website, email marketing campaigns, and social media. Assist with catalog layout, product development, and print ads.
Skill & Experience
- The Personality: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to learn new skills daily.
- Creative Baseline: Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite in a Windows-based environment, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (is a plus, but not a requirement).
- Video Editing Drive: Basic proficiency with video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) with a drive to expand your video portfolio (is a plus, but not a requirement).
- Education/Experience: Recent BFA/Graphic Design/Digital Media graduates or individuals with a solid creative portfolio looking for real-world business experience are highly encouraged to apply!
- Location: Must live in the Denver/Boulder/Lafayette, CO area for daily in-person work. We currently do not offer remote work options due to the training and team work requirements.
- Knowledge of pool/billiard products is a plus, but certainly not required—we will teach you the product!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
