Part-Time Fishing Content Creator — Independent Contractor

ArcPro Fishing is looking for an experienced angler who is comfortable on camera and capable of independently creating authentic fishing content featuring our products.
This is a paid, long-term independent contractor role, not a sponsorship or traditional influencer partnership.
What You’ll Do
- Create and film short-form vertical fishing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Feature ArcPro products through product demonstrations, direct sales-focused videos, natural product integrations, fishing action, catches, POV footage, and supporting B-roll
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and real-world uses
- Develop your own hooks, concepts, and filming ideas based on the products assigned each week
- Submit organized, high-quality raw video files for our internal team to review, edit, and publish
Weekly Content Assignments
Each week, ArcPro will provide a content brief outlining the priority products, target number of video assets, and general style or content requirements.
A typical week may include approximately 15 short-form video assets, depending on the products and campaign needs. Content may include direct sales-focused videos, softer product integrations, product demonstrations, fishing action, catches, and supporting footage.
ArcPro will provide the overall direction and product priorities, but you will be responsible for developing the actual concepts, presentation style, and filming approach.
We will provide training and guidance on video hooks, product presentation, and sales-focused short-form content, but we will not provide a complete script for every video.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced angler with strong knowledge of fishing techniques and equipment
- Regular access to fishing locations and the ability to fish consistently
- Comfortable and natural speaking on camera
- Creative and able to independently develop new video ideas
- Able to clearly explain fishing products without relying on a written script
- Able to record clear, high-quality vertical video using a smartphone or camera
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form social media content
- Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and able to meet weekly content deadlines
- Based in the United States
- Previous UGC, social media, or short-form video experience is preferred but not required
Southern U.S. Preferred
We are especially interested in candidates based in the Southern United States, where milder winters allow for more consistent year-round fishing and outdoor filming.
Since we are looking for a long-term creator, the ability to regularly produce fishing content throughout the year is important.
Access to a boat is a strong advantage but is not required.
Schedule
This role requires attendance at a 30-minute weekly team meeting every Monday at 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
Outside of the weekly meeting and agreed content deadlines, the creator will have flexibility in scheduling fishing and filming activities.
Compensation
Compensation is $1,500 USD per month, with an estimated time commitment of approximately 10–12 hours per week.
Compensation is based on completion of the agreed weekly content deliverables rather than hourly time tracking.
ArcPro Fishing will provide the products required for filming. The creator should have their own smartphone or camera, normal fishing equipment, and reliable access to fishing locations.
