Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Concierge partner with our Admissions team and to serve as the welcoming face of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a strong understanding of medical office procedures. As a Patient Concierge, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience by providing exceptional customer service, This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive healthcare experience while working in a dynamic and supportive team.
Duties
- Partner with the Addmissions Department to coordinate new admits.
- Welcome and orient new residents to the facility.
- Help patients get settled into their rooms and surroundings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
- Create a warm positive and supportive first impression.
- Provide patients with clear information regarding facility procedures
- Coordinate communication between patients and administration
- Handle patient inquiries professionally via phone or in person, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
Skills
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a compassionate approach toward patients.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
