Location: Florence, KY
Pay: Approximately $50,000 per year

Position Overview
Precision Staffing Services is seeking an outgoing, energetic and highly organized Onsite Staffing Manager to support a manufacturing client in Florence, Kentucky.
The Onsite Staffing Manager will oversee full-cycle recruiting, workforce coordination, employee onboarding and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have previous staffing agency experience, preferably managing an onsite workforce within a manufacturing or light-industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities for Onsite Staffing Manager
- Develop strong working relationships with client managers, supervisors and other key stakeholders.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for the assigned manufacturing client, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with branch recruiters and client leadership to develop and improve recruiting and workforce strategies.
- Create and publish job postings across online job boards, social media and other recruiting platforms.
- Assist candidates with applications, onboarding requirements and other pre-employment processes.
- Conduct first-day check-ins and Precision Staffing orientation for new employees.
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments and levels of leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Provide daily, weekly and ad hoc staffing reports, hiring insights and workforce updates.
- Prepare and participate in quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor staffing levels and respond quickly to changing workforce needs.
- Support employees throughout their assignments and assist with attendance, performance and workplace concerns.
- Maintain accurate candidate, employee and client documentation.
- Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications for Onsite Staffing Manager
- Previous agency staffing, recruiting or workforce-management experience required.
- Onsite staffing experience within a manufacturing or light-industrial environment strongly preferred.
- Experience managing temporary employees and high-volume recruiting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees, client leadership and internal recruiting teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to adjust working hours to support first and second shifts as needed.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms preferred.
