What You Will Do:
- Engage individuals seeking services, obtaining intake information in a proficient and professional manner.
- Determine the most suitable service or Level of Care using ASAM Criteria.
- Communicate with referral sources and program staff in a timely, professional manner.
- Verify client insurance and maintain accurate, up-to-date charts.
- Identify safety or risk concerns and follow appropriate protocols, including referral to BHN Crisis or emergency services when needed.
- Manage waitlists and callbacks to ensure timely admissions.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- SUD intake and insurance verification experience preferred.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder and mental health services.
- Excellent computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse populations.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00
