Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership across all HR functions while fostering a positive, people-focused culture. This role will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping attract, develop, and retain talent while supporting the organization's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Manage all payroll administration activities, including payroll processing, employee compensation changes, tax withholding and reporting, garnishments, benefit deductions, payroll audits, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and operational processes.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that support employee evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using HRIS platforms.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and labor law regulations through diligent policy management.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts proactively through effective conflict management strategies and fostering open communication channels.
- Drive organizational design initiatives, including change management projects, succession planning, and workforce management strategies aligned with strategic planning objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management systems such as Paycom or similiar.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques including social media management for employer branding and HR sourcing strategies.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data collection and data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence at all levels of the organization; experience with HRIS platforms like Paycom is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated through experience in administrative functions such as contracts administration and benefits administration.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
