Compensation & Benefits
- Our Shift Leaders start at $22 an hour!
- They also receive tips every week that add $1.50 - $2.00 per hour worked, so you can earn up to $24 an hour!
- Oh! and one more thing. Our Shift Leaders get a quarterly bonus up to $1000 when they're restaurant does well!

What You’ll Do
You’re the heartbeat of the restaurant on your shift. Here’s what that looks like day to day:
Lead the Team
- Run pre-shift meetings, set expectations, and celebrate wins
- Train, coach, and develop team members alongside the General Manager
- Resolve conflicts, model HR policies, and escalate issues when needed
- Build a culture of trust, respect, and operational excellence
Own the Guest Experience
- Set and hold the standard for warm, energetic guest interactions
- Address complaints with a solutions-first mindset
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation are on point every shift
- Support catering orders and third-party delivery execution
Run the Operations
- Drive sales, manage labor, and control cost of goods
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily administrative tasks accurately
- Monitor inventory and maintain proper stock levels
- Open and close following established procedures, every time
Who You Are
- 2+ years of shift leadership experience in a restaurant or fast casual concept
- A natural leader who coaches up and leads by example on the floor
- Calm under pressure with strong time management and organizational skills
- Clear communicator — written and verbal English proficiency required
- Flexible and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8–10 hours per shift
