As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role uses modern technology to design, present, and sell products directly in the customer’s home.

Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system

Design customized bath solutions using proprietary software

Present pricing options and close sales consistently

Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and development

Educate customers on product features and benefits

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Prior in-home sales experience preferred; home remodeling experience is a plus

Reliable transportation and local availability required

Confident presenting in a one-on-one in-home environment

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven

Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly

Salary Range (Estimated Earnings): $50,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
