Job Summary
Private investor seeking a Property Manager in the Appleton area. Flexible schedule, can work around other commitments. This is intended to be a mobile or work from home type of position.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage commercial and residential "for lease" property listings on various online platforms.
- Assist with application screening, schedule and attend unit showings, provide tours and answer questions for potential tenants as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests.
- Manage unit resets, including communication with both incoming and exiting tenants.
Qualifications
- Dependability with a positive attitude is a must for this position.
- Proven experience (preferred) in property management, customer service, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear communication and effective teamwork.
- Computer skills and knowledge of real estate marketing platforms a plus.
