We are seeking a Project & Construction Coordinator to help oversee renovation, capital improvement, and construction projects across our portfolio. This position plays a critical role in coordinating projects from start to finish by supporting scheduling, communication, budgeting, documentation, and field oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to delivering quality results while maximizing value and efficiency.

You'll Love Coming to Work Each Day If You Get, Want, and Have the Capacity To:
- Coordinate timelines and daily activities for multiple active construction and renovation projects simultaneously
- Keep projects moving forward by conducting regular property and jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, organization, and efficiency
- Maintain project documentation, photos, approvals, notes, schedules, and updates within company software systems
- Review and code project invoices, verify costs, and ensure expenditures align with approved bids and budgets
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and maximize project value without compromising quality
- Create a smooth, professional experience for clients, vendors, and internal team members throughout every phase of a project
You'll Be Successful in This Role If You:
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-through

- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual is a plus
- Can quickly learn new software platforms, scheduling tools, and operational systems
- Have experience in construction, maintenance coordination, project coordination, property management, or operations (preferred but not required)
