Job Overview
We are a full-service CPA firm seeking an experienced accountant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 3–5+ years of public accounting experience who enjoys working with a variety of clients and engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience performing attest engagements, preparing tax returns, and developing strong client relationships.

Duties
· Perform audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse client base
· Prepare financial statements and related workpapers
· Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations
· Work directly with clients and develop long-term professional relationships
· Assist with technical accounting and tax research
· Collaborate with partners and staff on a wide variety of engagements
· Mentor and support junior team members as experience allows
Experience
· 3–5+ years of recent public accounting experience
· Experience performing audits, reviews, and compilations
· Experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065)
· Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
· Experience with nonprofit organizations is a plus
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Outstanding client service and relationship-building abilities
· Experience with Thomson Reuters software (UltraTax CS, Engagement Manager or similar) is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
