Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our corrugated box manufacturing team. We are currently looking for Flexo Folder Operators and Rotary Die Cutter Operators. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. You will wok closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all safety protocols are followed
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform setup and adjustments on machines.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Fabricate components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Skills/Requirements
- MUST have previous CORRUGATED experience operating machinery, specifically flexo folder and/or rotary die cutter.
- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Experience with materials handling techniques to ensure safe movement of products.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes to maintain product standards.
- Familiarity with factory environments and safety protocols.
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for fabrication tasks.
